We partner with third-party logistics service providers to handle shipping and delivery. Our pieces are predominantly made-to-order; therefore, the delivery time for each product varies:
Bridal Wear: 6–8 weeks
Other Dresses (Formals, Semi-Formals, Pret, etc.): 2–4 weeks

To ensure timely delivery, we collect specific information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. We shall not be liable for delivery failures or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
After the initial delivery attempt, we will contact the cardholder via their registered email address or phone number. If the cardholder requests a second attempt, additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Although we strive for punctual delivery, delays can arise due to logistical challenges, weather conditions, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. A 'Goods and Services Not Received' situation refers to circumstances where a customer does not receive their order within the expected timeframe or as described.
This policy applies to all orders placed with Divine Designs by JS.
Goods will be dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout. Proof of delivery will be provided by our logistics partner. In case of disputes, this proof will serve as evidence.
A tracking number will be issued once your parcel has been dispatched.
