Refund policy

General

At Divine Designs by JS, each item is made-to-order with the highest quality workmanship.
As all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the making process has started.
Normal conditions mean that the product has been delivered as described, without any defects or errors in workmanship.

Any cancellation or changes (size, color, design, etc.) must be informed before the making process begins.
Once the making/production starts, no cancellation, changes, refund, or exchange will be allowed.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (if making hasn’t started yet).
After 24 hours, or once the production process begins, no request will be accommodated.
Approved cancellations (before making starts) will be refunded in the form of store credit only, valid for 1 month.
Custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
