Refund Policy

General

• At Divine Designs by JS, each item is made-to-order with the highest quality workmanship.

• As all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the making process has started.

• Normal conditions mean that the product has been delivered as described, without any defects or errors in workmanship.

Cancellation & Changes Policy

• Any cancellation or changes (size, color, design, etc.) must be informed before the making process begins.

• Once the making/production starts, no cancellation, changes, refund, or exchange will be allowed.

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (if making hasn’t started yet).

• After 24 hours, or once the production process begins, no request will be accommodated.

• Approved cancellations (before making starts) will be refunded in the form of store credit only, valid for 1 month.

• Custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
