Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, ensure the following:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiry.
  • Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Only regular-priced goods are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
